PRE-SHIPMENT CANCELLATION

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at celebrationwear@gmail.com. A full 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.

POST DELIVERY RETURN

Q: Can I return an item after receiving it?
Yes, you can initiate a return if your order meets the conditions listed below. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


A. Damaged or Defective Product

  • Email us at celebrationwear@gmail.com with clear images of the damaged/defective area

  • Our team will review your complaint within 1 business day.

  • Free replacement of the defective item


B. Size Issues

At CelebrationWearIndia.com, we do not believe in standard sizes — we create each and every product from scratch just for you. This ensures a perfect fit and helps avoid any sizing issues after delivery. However, there can be:

Condition 1: Minor Variation

  • You may need to make minor adjustments. Our support team will be happy to guide you.

Condition 2: Major Variation
We can go for either of the following as mutually agreed:

  • Reimbursement for alteration costs 

  • Free replacement


C. Product Not Liked

If you're not satisfied with the product for any other reason, you may return it to us. We believe in building relationships, not just customers, and we prioritize your satisfaction above all.

  • Return shipping is borne by the customer

  • Once received by us, full refund will be issued


International Returns

  • Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes such as VAT or GST are non-refundable. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.

  • Any import fees incurred for the returning goods will be deducted from your refund

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item


Return Process

1.      Initiate a Request
Email us at celebrationwear@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

·         Order Number

·         Product Code

·         Reason for returning the product

2.      Approval Email
You’ll receive an approval email within 2 business days. Please do not ship items before receiving return approval.

3.      Shipping Back
Ship via a reputed courier. Keep original tags and packaging. Label the package as "Defective Items for Return – Not for Sale".

4.      Inspection
Our warehouse team will verify the condition of the returned item.

5.      Resolution
Upon inspection, refund will be issued.

You can also return or replace your item at our Jaipur, India-based offline store. 


When Returns Are Not Accepted

  • Issue not reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Returns dispatched after 7 days of delivery

  • Product not returned in original condition
